Hello there, Earthlings!

NEW YEAR'S EVE: When I started to make my list this week, I began by filling in a ton of options for New Year's Eve parties.  Then I realized that I would be posting on NYE and most places are either sold out or have pretty pricey last minute tickets, as well as the fact that I'm lazy, so I opted to not post NYE's plans. If you are looking for some, Metromix has a NYE guide as does TimeOutChicago on two different pages and Event12 has some great options as well.
